Drowsy Driving = Dangerous Driving
More than half of all fall-asleep crashes involve drivers who are 25-years-old or younger. Much like the effects of drugs and alcohol, drowsy driving can produce slow reaction times and impaired judgement, vision and hand-eye coordination. 51 percent of teens admit to driving drowsy, according to a National Sleep Foundation poll. If you're low on sleep, think twice before getting behind the wheel.
