Selecting Your Topic

There’s only one rule for this competition: Your video must be about some aspect of automobile or driving safety. Here are just a few examples: Wearing seat belts Keeping tires properly inflated Avoiding distractions while driving (such as using cell phones) Driving defensively

Once you’ve narrowed your topic, think about the most effective way to present it. Create a fictional scene? Tell a story about your own or someone else’s experience? Put together a how-to demonstration?

Once you’ve chosen and defined your subject, you’re ready to move on to planning and scripting.
