Compressing Your Video

You’ll need to compress it into a digital file before submitting it on-line.

We can accept video files from most digital cameras, camcorders and cell phones in the .wmv, .avi, .mov, and .mpg file formats.

Recommended settings:

MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
320 x 240 resolution
MP3 audio
30 frames per second

We cannot accept files larger than 50mb.
