Submit a Video

Once you’ve finished your video, officially entering it in the contest is easy. Just complete the online registration form and upload your video.

Follow the instructions on the form for uploading your video. By completing and submitting the form you (or your parent or legal guardian, if you’re under 18) agree to the Official Guidelines.

Make sure to submit your video before July 1, 2010.

February 10 - July 1  Video entries accepted online

July 15  Top 10 videos posted to safetyscholars.com

July 15 - August 5  Online voting for Three Grand Prize winners

August 17   Winning videos posted to safetyscholars.com

Judging Criteria

An expert panel of judges will choose 10 finalists.

Judges will score each entry based on the following criteria:

1. Does this video effectively communicate the concept or message?
   (50% of total score)
2. Does this video motivate people to be more safety or environmentally conscious? (in relation to driving, automotive issues, car usage, etc.).
   (25% of total score)
3. How creative is this video in delivering the concept/message?
   (25% of total score)
